The value of the Baltimore Orioles grew 18 percent over the last year, but the team slid two spots on Forbes’ annual list of the most valuable teams in baseball. The team’s value rose from $1 billion in 2016 to $1.175 billion this year, good for No. 19 on the list. The O’s were passed on the list by the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Toronto Blue Jays. The Blue Jays jumped from from 22nd in 2016 to No. 16 this year. At $3.7 billion, the New York Yankees remain the most valuable among MLB’s 30 teams.…
