COPT sells last of its White Marsh properties for $47.5M

Corporate Office Properties Trust has sold off the last of its remaining assets in White Marsh for $47.5 million. The eight buildings total 412,000 square feet and are close to 95 percent leased, according to the Columbia-based real estate investment trust. The deals bring COPT’s total property sales for the year to $103 million.
