Home Escapes, a Maryland retailer of backyard and in-home leisure products, has acquired the Offenbachers brand and many of its product lines. Offenbachers, founded in 1972, declared bankruptcy in 2016 and closed all eight of its stores. Offenbachers’ Maryland stores were located in Columbia, Hunt Valley and Rockville.
