A 275-unit apartment building under construction in the heart of College Park is on fire. The Prince George’s County Fire and EMS Department is live tweeting what is a three-alarm blaze as of 11 a.m. Monday at 4700 Berwyn House Road, where Atlanta-based Wood Partners is building Fuse 47.
