United Therapeutics’ 2020 plan: ‘No fewer’ than 3 FDA approvals

Maryland 529 taps new executive director

The Maryland 529 board has named Erin Layton as the new executive director and CEO of the state agency that oversees college savings plans. Layton takes over following the departure of Stephen McGowan, who had been leading the agency since February. A spokeswoman could not immediately be reached to discuss why McGowan left.
