BB&T will close four Baltimore-area branches this year as more people have transitioned to banking online. Two of the branches are located in Anne Arundel County, one is in Harford County and the fourth is in Federal Hill, said Christopher D. Holt, the bank’s regional president. Holt declined to provide exact addresses because the bank has not sent out notices to customers yet.
