200 St. Paul Place, a nearly fully leased 28-story tower in the heart of the central business district, has hit the market. The 280,000-square-foot building, known as St. Paul Plaza, was developed in 1989 by the Kornblatt Co. David Kornblatt, head of the real estate firm, died in December and his estate decided it was time to list the building, said Tim Polanowski, CEO of the Kornblatt Co.
