SunTrust, BB&T shareholders approve $66B merger

Shareholders of SunTrust Banks Inc. and BB&T Corp. have approved the $66 billion merger of the two banking institutions. The approvals came in separate special called shareholder meetings July 30 in Atlanta and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. UMB embarking on expanded $8M West Baltimore engagement center
