Judge to decide on PUD lawsuit for Roland Park apartment project

A Baltimore Circuit Court judge Tuesday heard arguments in a pair of lawsuits that challenge the legality of a planned unit development plan for a 148-unit apartment project in Roland Park. Ports America Chesapeake pays $12 million for 6 new cranes at Port of Baltimore

The operator of the Port of Baltimore brought in six new cranes on Thursday to help handle the increasing amount cargo coming into the Seagirt Marine Terminal. Ports America Chesapeake, which operates the port’s Seagirt container terminal, purchased the six rubber-tired gantry yard cranes for $12 million, or $2 million per crane.
