Canton has a new crepe man and he is hoping a revised business model at Holy Crepe Cafe will make it a hit on O'Donnell Square. Matthew Berry, a University of Maryland, Baltimore County alumnus, purchased Holy Crepe Cafe on Jan. 12 for $80,000 from the Gjoni family. The restaurant opened at 2929 O'Donnell St. in late 2013 and Berry said the family was ready to move on to something else.
