Downtown Baltimore’s newest coffee shop Filicori Zecchini is set to open April 24 on the bottom floor of the PNC building at 1 E. Pratt St. The nearly 100-year-old Italian coffee company is taking over about 1,700 square feet previously occupied by Nature’s Table, a soup, salad, wrap and smoothie restaurant that closed in 2015 after less than three years.
