Barcoding Inc. has acquired Baltimore charging technology firm NV3 Technologies for an undisclosed sum. NV3 has four full-time staffers who will remain onboard, said Jay Steinmetz, who is CEO of Barcoding, a Baltimore supply chain management company. Steinmetz hopes to increase NV3’s staff by at least 15 percent in the next several months. NV3 will be rebranded as Power Up.
