Bagby Restaurant Group has filed a lawsuit against former CEO Chris Becker alleging fraud, unjust enrichment from a side business and breach of contract. The lawsuit, filed April 13 in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, alleges Becker used his position in the company to steal money from the company both in the form of cash and obtaining reimbursements for personal expense beginning in 2015. Becker was CEO from 2011 to January 2017. Bagby Group is owned by former Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc.…
