Baltimore architectural firm Cho Benn Holback + Associates, whose local work includes the Baltimore School for the Arts expansion, Chesapeake Shakespeare Co. theater and the Clipper Mill redevelopment, is being acquired by Quinn Evans Architects. The Washington, D.C.-based firm will take over Cho Benn Holback on May 1 and the new firm will remain in its offices at 100 N. Charles St. in downtown Baltimore, officials said Tuesday.
