FCC asked to delay decision on Sinclair-Tribune deal

Two organizations opposing Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc.’s acquisition of Tribune Media Co. are asking the Federal Communications Commission to hold off on reviewing the deal until a related court case has been decided. Industrial portfolio in the Baltimore-DC area sells for $347M

A 40-property industrial portfolio in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. area has changed hands for a whopping $347.2 million. Sportswear maker Fila doubles warehouse space in Anne Arundel County

A massive expansion by sportswear maker Fila North America has doubled the company’s warehouse space in Pasadena to 731,500 square feet.
