Salisbury University received a $5.5 million gift — the third largest gift in its history — to go toward a new Center for Entrepreneurship set to be housed at the Plaza Gallery Building in downtown Salisbury. The gift comes from local business owners Dave and Patsy Rommel of Rommel Construction Group, which includes several companies that specialize in electrical, and mechanical work.
