Light City Baltimore draws 470,000 people, planning begins for next year

If you headed down to the Inner Harbor any night over the past week, chances are you saw a bustling crowd enjoying light installations as part of Light City Baltimore. The art event wrapped up over the weekend, and the Baltimore Office of Promotions & The Arts estimates around 470,000 people visited downtown during the nine-day event, a roughly 17 percent increase over the first year.
