Visit Baltimore’s new CEO on Wednesday reiterated calls that a Baltimore Convention Center expansion must double in size to help it better compete with other cities across the U.S. Al Hutchinson’s comments come as as a study of the facility is expected to be completed by the end of the year, recommending what an expanding convention center might look like.
