A historic building along Charles Street in Mount Vernon was sold this week for $3.7 million. The Professional Building at 330 N. Charles St. was bought by an unnamed West Coast investment group, said Justin Verner, a Baltimore broker for the buyer. The seller was 330 Associates, a subsidiary of Kline Scott Visco Real Estate, based in Frederick. The 33,078-square foot Professional Building first opened in 1906.
