Councilwoman Mary Pat Clarke, lead sponsor of the city’s $15 minimum wage bill, is trying to drum up support for a special meeting to try and override the mayor’s veto with one last vote. But unless she gets 10 council members to sign a petition for the special meeting by Monday, she will miss the deadline for a final vote and the measure will die.
