Baltimore is the third best city for women who want careers in the technology industry, according to a new study. The city jumped up from fourth in last year’s rankings from personal finance company SmartAsset. Its tech workforce has grown substantially within the past four years, the study shows, adding more than 12,400 computer and mathematical jobs between 2012 and 2015.
