McCormick & Co. Inc.’s iconic metal cans for its black pepper and Old Bay seasonings are about to become a thing of the past. At the Sparks-based spice maker’s annual shareholders meeting Wednesday, CEO Lawrence Kurzius said black pepper and Old Bay will be packaged in fully recyclable plastic containers as part of the company’s efforts to be environmentally friendly.
