A long-vacant downtown building will open for business along Saratoga Street in mid-April as a La Quinta Inn & Suites. The seven-story building at 200 W. Saratoga previously served as a bank and office building, but has been empty for more than a decade. The Progress Federal Savings and Loan name is still on the front of the building. Front Street Development LLC out of Odenton is developing the property and principal owner Sanket Patel said it took time to get financing in place for the property.…
