Iron Rooster, a popular breakfast restaurant based out of Annapolis, is opening a second Baltimore City location in Locust Point this summer and the fourth overall location. The restaurant, known for its homemade Pop-Tarts and chicken and waffles, will lease approximately 7,000 square feet at McHenry Row that was is currently occupied by Greene Turtle Bar & Grille and Piaza.
