A landmark downtown office building is on the auction block beginning today. The 25-story, 291,000-square-foot tower at 1 N. Charles St. is being live auctioned on the real estate auction website Ten-X beginning at noon with the minimum opening bid set at $3.5 million, said Jay Welschlager, managing director of JLL’s Baltimore office, who is brokering the dale.
