Sundays Bakehouse will open mid-April, although Han said he is not ready to unveil the exact location. Instead, he is building up an audience before the shop opens by hosting a pop-up tour across Baltimore over the next few weeks. The bakery will be run by pastry chef Courtney Fix, who previously worked at B. Doughnut along Chestnut Avenue in Hampden before it closed late last year.…
