David Cordish said Wednesday he is preparing a new bid to redevelop the former Inner Harbor campus of the Baltimore City Community College. It will be the second attempt by the Cordish Cos. to redevelop the prime downtown site, after a failed attempt by the downtown-based company five years ago.
