Maryland added 11,500 jobs in February, keeping the unemployment rate at 4.2 percent for the seventh straight month. The gains were led by the private sector, which added 9,400 jobs during the month, according to preliminary data released Friday by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics.
