Light City was a bit of a mystery when it debuted last year. Many wondered just what this festival of lights was all about. About 400,000 people came to see for themselves, making the first year a big success and shoring up its return this year. The big event — which features light installations, live performances, discussions on innovation, food and more — kicks off Friday and runs through April 8.
