River House Pizza Co., a wood-fire pizza company located in historic Ellicott City, will open a second location in May as part of the Forest Green Shopping Center on Route 40. The new space will allow owner and chef Nathan Sowers room to grow his business from the 500-square-foot space in the historic downtown area.
