A new study shows that Baltimore is the 25th most expensive city in the U.S. to rent an apartment. The National Rent Report by real estate data firm Zumper found that the average rent for a one-bedroom unit in Baltimore increased 4.5 percent year-over-year to $1,150 in March, while the average two-bedroom rent increased 2.3 percent to $1,320.
