As the City Council is poised to approve raising the minimum wage to $15, Mayor Catherine Pugh said she plans to “thoroughly” review the bill before deciding whether to sign it into law. If the City Council gives a final OK to the measure at its meeting Monday, Pugh will have three weeks to decide on signing or vetoing the bill.
