The size of a modern, apartment and retail tower at the former Della Notte restaurant site in Little Italy has increased by six stories and 100 additional apartment units, developers of the $130 million project said Wednesday. The new design of 800 Fleet St., located at the gateway to Harbor East, is set to be unveiled Thursday before the city’s design panel.
