Hogan rails against General Assembly, promises to veto paid sick leave bill

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan criticized Democratic legislators for almost 12 minutes Wednesday, accusing them of “playing politics” and promising to veto a paid sick leave bill that is on the verge of passing in the Senate.
