First Mariner Bank is nearing completion of a move out of the tower in Canton Crossing it has called home since 2006. Greater Baltimore’s 11th-largest bank has taken 67,000 square feet at neighboring 3301 Boston St., downsizing from 80,000 square feet in the 17-floor tower developed by former CEO Edwin F.
