Jos. A. Bank continued to show signs of stabilizing as the men’s retailer’s sales declined 2 percent in the third quarter. Net sales fell to $162.7 million for the quarter ending Oct. 28. The Hampstead-based brand’s sales declined 16.6 percent in the prior-year quarter. Comparable sales at Jos. A.
