Hogan plans $461 million in spending for new lanes on I-95, Baltimore Beltway

The Maryland State Highway Administration plans to invest $461 million in several road projects aimed at improving congestion in Greater Baltimore, including new lanes on the Beltway. Gov. Larry Hogan made the announcement Tuesday morning from the State Highway Administration’s operations center in Hanover. Other projects will include revamping the triple bridges at I-695 and I-70.
