Rockville’s Choice Hotels International has reached a deal to purchase WoodSpring Suites for $231 million. The transaction will add roughly 240 hotels in 35 states to Choice’s extended-stay portfolio, which already includes brands MainStay Suites and Suburban Extended Stay.
