Fast-growing ADG Creative has agreed to be bought by an Alaska-based federal contractor. Columbia-based ADG will be acquired by Chenega Corp. in a deal expected to close in January. Terms were not disclosed. Jeff Antkowiak, founder and chief creative officer of ADG, said the firm will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Chenega.
