Severn Bancorp Inc. has named a member of its board of directors as chief operating officer. Eric M. Keitz will become executive vice president and chief operating officer of the company and its subsidiary, Severn Savings Bank FSB, in late August. He has served on Annapolis-based Severn Savings Bank’s board since 2009 and on the holding company’s board since 2010.
