Baltimore’s Atlas Restaurant Group is expanding its Florida footprint with the opening of Loch Bar in Boca Raton, the company said Wednesday. The seafood-focused bar and restaurant is expected to open by the end of 2017 and will join another one of the group’s restaurants, Ouzo Bay, in Boca’s upscale Mizner Park.
