A Baltimore County grand jury has indicted former Bagby Restaurant Group CEO Chris Becker on charges of burglary, theft and destruction of property related to an alleged break-in last month. Baltimore County Assistant State’s Attorney Adam Lippe confirmed the indictment Wednesday. Becker faces three counts of second-degree burglary, one count for theft of less than $100, and one count of destruction of property with value of less than $1,000.
