A portfolio of three industrial warehouses in the suburbs just sold for $40.5 million. Goldman Sachs purchased the properties that are 100 percent leased and located in Elkridge and Savage this week, Cushman & Wakefield said. Graham Savage and Jonathan Carpenter, executives in the Baltimore office, were the lead brokers for Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of seller Terreno Realty. The properties are located at 8730 Bollman Place in Savage and 6660 Santa Barbara Rd. and 6657 Amberton Dr. in Elkridge.…
