Hanover-based DTLR Inc. and Sneaker Villa Inc. have merged, creating an urban retailer with 230 stores. Private equity firms Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill & Co. and Goode Partners LLC, both of New York, completed the transaction on Aug. 14. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. DTLR, formerly known as Downtown Locker Room, has been a growing urban retailer for many years.
