Pie 360, a build-your-own pizza restaurant in Canton Crossing, has closed. Multiple posts on social media show that a “closed” sign is hanging in the window of the store. The restaurant’s space in the shopping center is also being actively marketed. A brochure from the Segall Group shows Pie 360’s 3,000-square-foot is currently available for sublease. Rent starts at $120,000 a year, with 10 percent increases every five years. The lease ends in 2024. A call to Pie 360 in Canton went unanswered.…
