Greater Baltimore home values increased in July, but remain below national levels

Home values in Greater Baltimore rose more than 3 percent over the last year but still lag behind the levels they were at before the recession. Area homes have a median home value of $260,600, according to Zillow’s real estate market report for July. The median home value increased 3.4 between July 2016 and July 2017.
