A women’s clothing line that started out as a catalogue-based retailer is opening a brick and mortar shop at Hunt Valley Towne Centre. Soft Surroundings will occupy 5,883-square-feet on the first level of the suburban shopping center that is anchored by Wegmans. Other retailers include Marshalls, J Jill, Jos. A.
