Two parking lots in Baltimore’s Midtown development are being offered up for possible redevelopment. The Baltimore Development Corp. on Wednesday posted a request for proposals for the two city-owned flat-surface parking lots at 410 and 422 W. Mulberry St. at Eutaw Street.
