Southwest Airlines has canceled nearly all of its flights in and out of Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport on Tuesday ahead of what is expected to be the biggest snow storm to hit the East Coast this winter. Southwest, which is BWI’s largest carrier accounting for more than 70 percent of the airport’s traffic, began canceling flights for Monday night and flight tracker FlightAware is showing 99 percent, or 422 flights, of the airline’s flights in and out of BWI on Tuesday…
