Md. marijuana commission says senator's bills would 'jeopardize' program's credibility

Maryland’s medical marijuana commission came under fire from state legislators Thursday who say the commission failed to achieve racial and ethnic diversity when it issued pre-approved licenses to growers, processors and dispensaries. Sen. Joan Carter Conway, a Baltimore City Democrat who has proposed two bills overhauling the Natalie M.
